Huntley Wilde Legal Ltd is owned and run by Elizabeth Murphy.

Ms Murphy is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and specialises in Will writing and Estate Planning Services.  She began her career at the well respected firm of G. Huw Lewis Solicitors, in Neath, South Wales where she worked for 8 years prior to establishing Huntley Wilde Legal Ltd.(The CILEX website can be found at www.cilexregulation.org.uk)

Elizabeth believes in the client as an individual and this is why Huntley Wilde offers a truly bespoke service which centres around the needs of clients, including appointments in the evening and weekends, and visiting clients at home or at a informal venues such as pubs or tearooms if clients would prefer a less formal setting to give instructions.

Elizabeth understands the pressures of modern life and the time constraints of the busy working professional so in most cases instructions can be taken over the phone or via email.

Despite the use of modern technology Elizabeth also has a passion for beautifully drafted handwritten documents and has been interested in calligraphy from an early age. A client once remarked that the usually word processed documents were far less attractive than the old style Wills from before the age of the typewriter and the computer so Elizabeth started offering handwritten Wills as a extra service ~ and all Wills are bound in the traditional way.

Elizabeth is a long term admirer of the work of Oscar Wilde, and named the company in part after this literary icon, because she believes the adjective Wildean “pertaining to, characteristic of, or resembling the literary style of Oscar Wilde” sums up what the service offers ~ attention to detail, personal attention and a relaxed yet extremely professional attitude.

“The will writing service was great and mostly sorted out via email.

We then met up at a mutually convenient time and place and the more complicated terms were explained to me. The will was then signed and witnessed and I paid the very reasonable bill for this. I’d happily recommend Elizabeth to anyone that needs a will written.”

“G Huw Lewis acted on behalf following the death of my mother. I found them extremely competent and very sympathetic during what was an extremely difficult time. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else dealing with probate and will services. Mr Murphy and Ms Murphy in particular were absolutely wonderful”

“I had the pleasure of engaging Elizabeth in writing my will. Throughout the process she was professional, insightful and efficient. My will wasn’t particularly complex, but as a divorced parent there were a couple of sticking points that I wanted including, Elizabeth understood them and was able to include them with little disruption. I would happily use her again, and will recommend her with out hesitation”
